Work with us

Pacbuild is an established custom home building company that specialises in new homes and renovations in the residential sector. Job locations are mostly in the Coffs Harbour area or within approx 20 minutes of Coffs Harbour.

Attention to detail is a must for all employees, as we are not a project home builder. We employ carpenters and labourers with a high level of skills in the residential and commercial construction industry.

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Handyman/Labourer to join our team on a full time basis. This role would ideally suit someone who enjoys variety and can work autonomously as required. We are seeking a self-starter with a positive attitude and a long-term commitment.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Has a minimum of five years’ experience in residential construction.
  • Has experience in the residential sector on medium or large sized projects.
  • Pays attention to detail and likes getting the job done to a high standard.
  • Is willing to do all aspects of building work as required.
  • Is able to communicate well and be self-motivated, with a can-do attitude
  • Is physically fit and capable of performing the duties required
  • Has a White Card (Construction Safety Induction Card)
  • Has a current drivers licence.

The position is full time with all entitlements (annual leave, super etc) or on contract for someone with an ABN. The job is available for immediate start to the right applicant.
