This home began as a renovation and became a complete rebuild. It was just over 1,000 square metres of living, spread over four levels with all-natural marble throughout. The home used over 300 metres of custom mouldings and timber window frames to fully embrace the Neoclassical style of the home. The 12 tonne water feature at the top of the winding granite driveway, was of a scale to match the size of the home. To maintain the look and feel, the landscaping also features marble and granite natural stone, feature garden lighting, a full-size artificial grass tennis court and a stunning glass-tiled concrete pool.
