This client wanted a turn key project from start to finish. The blockwork was a honed finish and was one of the main features of the home, with seamless transition from inside to out. The design allowed the winter sun to warm the home and in summer the summer sun was shaded by the large façade. The glazing was all double glazed with thermally broken frames and double glazing improving the homes efficiency. The pool was partially out of the ground and included a glass window for aesthetics. The balconies were suspended which was a challenge to suspend the steel frame with back support as well as maintain a façade that had majority of windows.
