Pacbuild is the culmination of three couples who have been in the industry for combined decades and saw an opportunity to create something truly great together, right here in Coffs Harbour where natural beauty and lifestyle are second to none.

When bespoke builder brothers-in-law Vaughan and Steve moved from Victoria and Western Australia to Coffs Harbour, they quickly connected with fellow custom architectural home builder Geoff - a born and bred Coffs local. It didn’t take long for a brilliant synergy to emerge, as they realised the potential of merging to create a company where each person was free to work in their areas of greatest strength and passion, providing clients with an all-inclusive service of the highest quality. This complete customer care is even embedded in the company’s name… ‘Pacifique Building’, as it was originally called – but in true Aussie style, it got shortened to ‘Pacbuild’ and it stuck! ‘Pacifique’ means ‘peace’, and that’s what Pacbuild brings into people’s homes. As Geoff says, “If we can bring that peace into the job site and into the relationship with the client, then I believe we're doing the right thing, and we're doing what we're meant to be doing.
